Socure’s rapid growth requires investment in a sophisticated launch process - one that keeps up with increasing volume, while making sure that we are continually raising the bar and working from the same page across the organization. You will build and lead a small Launch Operations team that maintains clear visibility across upcoming product launches, and keeps cross-functional teams aligned leveraging the Product Manager (PM) owned launch checklist. For a start you will be the senior IC in this role as you prove value (see what success looks like below) for the rest of the team to be staffed. For the start you will need to prioritize the most essential elements to track and report on. So PMs will continue to quarterback product strategy, narrative, and customer readiness, while you (and eventually your team) provide the operational backbone to keep major milestones on track on the launch checklist. Launches rarely fall behind because people don't know what to do; they slip because no single person owns making sure deliverables happen on time and with a clear backup plan. Your team will step in as that standing owner - not doing the launch deliverables yourselves, but guaranteeing everything is clearly assigned, dated, visible, and moving forward.
