We work in-person five days a week in our San Francisco, NYC, or London offices. About the Role Mercor is bringing on a Business Operations hire to drive high-quality execution across the company. You'll sit at the center of Delivery, Finance, Product, and GTM, owning the connective tissue that turns revenue potential into realized revenue. This is a high-leverage generalist role: you'll identify what's blocking the business, build the operating rhythms to surface it, and program manage the teams that fix it.
