We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Sourcer to join our Americas Employer Reputation and Talent Sourcing team. You will play a critical role in attracting, identifying, and sourcing diverse talent for hard-to-fill, technical, and/or critical vacancies to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce across our business. You will also be responsible for pipelining and engaging talent for future needs in critical areas and leveraging data and insights to partner with and advise hiring managers, talent partners, and stakeholders throughout Mars. To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and have a knack for analyzing and presenting data to develop robust diverse sourcing strategies. You will have deep sourcing expertise and be able to demonstrate creative ways of finding candidates outside of the typical channels, with a special focus on building relationships with organizations, associations, and groups to ensure our sourcing campaigns resonate with talent and enhance our employer brand.
