We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior CS Compensation Analyst to support the administration and continuous improvement of incentive compensation programs for Klaviyo’s Customer Experience organization. This is a mid-level role, ideal for someone who wants to build deep expertise in compensation operations while developing broad exposure to sales operations, finance, and systems work. You’ll specialize in Customer Experience compensation- owning plan design, crediting data logic, modeling expected commission expense, and inquiry resolution for that population- while also contributing to the incentive compensation process more broadly, including reporting, data integrity, and cross-functional projects that support the full GTM organization. This role requires strong analytical and modeling skills, comfort working in Salesforce and BI tools, and the communication skills to explain compensation outcomes clearly to plan participants and leaders alike.
