We are hiring an Inventory Warehouse Coordinator to support inventory operations across Etched facilities and in-house engineering labs. This role is critical to ensuring engineers have the right parts, tools, and systems available when needed to keep development and builds on schedule. This is a highly hands-on role centered on receiving, inventory control, material organization, and internal fulfillment. You will pick up incoming packages from the loading dock, inspect and receive materials into our internal systems, check items into inventory, maintain accurate inventory records, and fulfill requests from engineering teams. You will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory organization and warehouse processes while maintaining high accuracy and safety standards. It is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining accurate and organized inventory in a fast-paced hardware environment. This role runs on a swing shift (3pm–12am, Monday through Friday) and requires reliable transportation between Etched locations in San Jose (Santana Row) and Milpitas.
